Best winter gloves for heated grips

Winter is here the temperature has dropped, the rain on the other hand has been here for nearly 2 months.

I have heated grips to keep off the cold but have found they dont work with some of my gloves. I had some RST gloves that didnt work, my Rab mountain glove worked but not ideal for the bike.

I have heard that the outlast material works well with heated grips as long as theres not much or no insulation on the palm.

So whats the best glove to work with heated grips, must be waterproof and a winter glove.

From that description of rain seems the uk is like the tropics. Couldn't imagine needing water sprinklers there for the lawn. Have you found the best glove yet?

Well, I'll be using hand warmers of all places in the gerbing. Can't keep that plugged in, caution if you do and are running lots of other electronics.
