|olajoe808||whoa, high priced cc fairings. What next battery powered bikes lmao. When it gets too much to replace parts the idea of looking at squid suzuki bikes does make sense. So many millions of parts and the owners will pay you to take them since they can't give em away.|

|olajoe808||Sorry to hear about your plastics. Thanks for sharing info Tom. It is nice to hear others are riding their 12s on the street . Here in the states you never see that and those that do ride are doing do so on the track. Safer that way.|

A member here (hibs) saw this on fb. Hibs has a great eye for 12 stuff. Lol. I pm’d you the guys number. All factory parts. B model. Used of course. Hibs and I do not know the person so take precautions. I verified that he still has the parts. |

MRcycles and Ron Ayers both list the various fairing parts, and the bits I have got from them have been factory |
Or if yours are not destroyed plastic welder and colorite factory match paint can do the job

Bought a China fairing set and they seem to be ok though there are/can be some minor issues with how they fit. The fairing set I got the side and front fairings + the tank cover fit fine. Had some issues with the pillion fairing fitment but with my good friend "Dremel" I made the pillion fairing fit. The problem was/is that the pillion fairing and pillion under tray try to occupy the same space. I used a heat gun to warm up the side fairings a little and bend them into shape to get the bolt holes to line up perfect, don't go crazy with heat, only a little needed... if you don't have OCD you can skip this... |
Then there is the issue that the China fairings are painted, not colored plastic like the OEM ones, so get a scratch and you will see white plastic shine through. The fairings are also not as thick as the OEM ones, so the China ones are a little flimsy and you do need to use a good quality heat shield to protect them from engine/exhaust heat...
I would definitely buy a China fairing set again if the one I have on the bike get damaged. I bought mine through Ebay, many to choose from. I have a theory that most of the fairings are made by the same company in China, then they just sell them using different Ebay "dealers"

Well back in August my bike and myself had a minor disagreement in direction and we went for a little off-roading... not intentional I am in need of a top fairing front mudguard and right hand panel I am looking at purchasing a Chinese kit due to the cost of replacement OEM €2000 without any work or anything else vs €600 including shipping... so my question is I am asking has anyone tried them and does anyone have any recomendations... Many thanks in advance...
