12 kx450f bogging issues

Hi guys, new here! Well I just rebuilt my 12 kx450f, did crank and brand new top end. Bike was running good did my whole break in process and all the sudden after it gets warm it starts doing this bogging, sputtering kind of thing. Bike still runs good but not like it should. If I give it full throttle it will idle down and die. If I turn throttle to about 1/8-1/4 it will almost sound like a two stroke like it's loading up. Any thoughts? Going to check valves now but any input would be awsome!!!! Thanks
