I took out the rectifier and found that the...

I took out the rectifier and found that the harness melted on the inside where the wires meet..the wires leading to the harness are still a banana colored yellow....do you think it's possible to cut...

Does anyone know if this stator/headlight issue...

Does anyone know if this stator/headlight issue would also continuously drain the battery? I also noticed my brakes don't light up when I pull the hand lever or hit the foot peddle.
