My 12 had it's first birthday this month. After one year, 10,500 spirited miles, 4 rear tires, 2 front tires, 7 oil/filter changes, and maybe just 1 or 2 mods, I can honestly say it's faster and better looking now than it's ever been! It now has character with it's assorted rock chips, various quirks, etc.

Gave the Stealth Silver a major cleaning today, wash, wax, the whole 9 yards, then went to a Labor Day Bike/Car show. The 12 was the best damn looking bike there!!! (Maybe I should have entered it <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/laugh.gif ALT=":lol"> )

This is the best bike I have ever owned, period, end of story. I'm currently trying to narrow down the list of winter projects. Here is the year old "Stealth Silver"....

Scoot, I'm getting about 3000 miles from the rear and 6000 from the front with the Pilot Sports. About 50% more than the dunslops and with a 100% better tire!

Hey as far as I'm concerned, a couple of rock chips add to the character of the bike. If you ride them, they're gonna happen.

One thing I am concerned about though is what is happening to my radiator. I am definitely adding a screen this winter after I comb out the fins.
