We all know how nice the temperature is in the US vs Canada. We all know our lousy Mickey Mouse money worth nothing and we all know how short the riding season is up here. Shortly, we have nothing really worthwhile to brag about. I just visited US and Canadian Kawasaki's web sites and maybe I found something... SIlver will be the only color the ZZR1200 will come in the US but look the other color shown for canadian models:

Model designation ZX1200C1, Model name ZZR1200. I personally wished they would have kept the NA model name ZX1200. And evolution of ZX11, which it is in NA. Yes black is the color for Ninja's, no doubt about it.
