Heya all

I was having a issue with my rectifier/regulator (This has been replaced) not too long ago, and it appears to have taken the high bean relay within the junction box with it. This is not a serviceable part, so need to replace the whole damn box.

Does anyone know if I can bypass the relay and which cables I need to Pull from the junction box for this for now?

I'm not familiar with your bikes junction box, but with the zx12r there is a small relay within that gets damaged when the wiring cooks from oil flowing up (check the sticky threads related to this; stator connector and no headligths fix ** NEW PICS **) See the first post from zixxer12r, he posts pics of the repair.

It is possible to de-solder the stuffed relay and replace it with a new one. Hopefully this may be your problem and fixable!

Pull the Gray and the blue /yellow and link them. Your lights will come on with the ignition switch now so you will have slightly less power for the starter motor, so at least have the headlights set to low/dip.
Loads of Kawasaki's use this relay box after 2004, so if it looks the same it probably is. They were modified and few times so that's why the part number changes but there still more or less the same. I know this video does not help but it's interesting all the same, it's about this relay box.
