Hello fellow enthusiasts. I've been milling around here for quite a while and finally decided to join the forum. My question is whether or not the 9's motor will easily bolt into the 7. My friend is giving me an incredible deal on a 99 7R and I cant pass it up. We all know that the 7 could use a little extra oomph and I've heard that the 9 motor will work. Will the 9's airbox fit under the 7's tank, will I have to have eng. mount adapters, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Cheers

ive heard it will bolt up BUT only the 95-97 zx9 motor

My friend just put a new motor in his 7.I thought he went to a 9motor,but not 100% sure i'll ask and post back.
