Hello Team,

We would like to introduce our new SiteDown reporting system. This system is to report severe issues when accessing the forum, such as blank pages, other database errors, global posting errors, or other emergency issues. Our aim is to streamline communications and make it more efficient for you all to contact us when these type of issues occur. Make sure you bookmark the reporting page so you can easily have access to it as needed. Please remember that before you create a site down report to the take the time to use a couple of troubleshooting and verification techniques such as:

Clearing your cache/cookies
Try another browser or device

Once you have confirmed the issue is still present please fill out the forum here. Be sure to include these crucial details when reporting a site down.

Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
Skin/layout option (default, classic, dark, light)
Device (mobile device, desktop, tablet)
IP address
URL of the page where the error is present Screenshot of error
Copy and paste error code if present

Please ensure you provide as much information as possible as this will help our tech team find the root of the issue. Once you have submitted the report you will receive an auto-response confirming that your report was sent to the technicians. The system of reporting should only be used in cases of emergency where you cannot access the site and should only be used by admin and moderators and not shared with the community.
