Another depressing part of the trip was not getting to stop by Denver... We went thru there in the middle of the night... Had to drive at night to avoid getting the car hot...... Water pump started leaking leaving Nevada and was leaking all the way home...... Got to put a pump on tomorrow... To tight to pay a mechanic for that easy of job.... Just needed tools and a place to drain it.....
Out of 564 teams got [email protected]#king 65th.... Piss's me off we are better than that...... I also went up a skill level to a 5. As a 4 I beat three fives in the championships 3-0,3-1,3-1 and had an 8 ball break So I exepected to go up... 7 is the best you can get... 2 of our handicaps went up if 1 more would have we would have been DQ'ed.... So I guess it all worked out....... Highlight of the trip was becoming friends with Robin Dodson and Jan McWorter.. They even came and watched one of our matchs... Jan came to 2... She's the president of the WPBA(Womens Pro Billiard Assc)... They were really cool people. Robin kicked my ass at pool though only giving me one shot... Left me with 2 balls on the table... Jackson Browne, Glen Frey... But to be honest I heard it while I was out that way on Radio trivia.... A radio station had that question...... In 1973 if I remeber what they said.... I also like Travis Tritts remake of it... Its one of the few remakes that didn't ruin the song....

Another place we visited was Caroll Shelby's.... Love the new series one cobras.... Also the red one is a 427 Cobra.. Since its at Caroll Shelby's I assume its a real AC Cobra.....
