I couldn't with the Dunslop 200, I am working on it with the M2 Pilot Race Greens in 180. I got the back down to 1/2" strips last weekend, this weekend they go bye-bye completely.

But the Michelin crown is gonna make working off the chicken strips on the front tire interesting. I'm sure the pegs will scrape before the chicken strips are gone. With the back down to 1/2", the front, seriously, still has like 1 1/4" strips.

The harder you push these tires the better they feel (as a good race tire should).

Mal put Michelin Pilot slicks on the race bike (had Dunlops) and he is sold, too.

1/2 inch chicken strip???? ... be carefull wouldn't want to low side going that low ...

hahaha.... Just hackin on ya!

But seriously do they differ from dunlops? I have the 190 207 and no strips. And the only thing that holds me back is the plastic on the right side. I have scraped it numerous times. I have the back mounting bolt on the right spaced out a 1/4 inch and down 1/4 inch. Its to prevent the plastic from burning. but now its fucked because i rubbed it off... ...

I can't speak for the Dunlop 190, but the Michelin 180 turns in real fast. It takes a while to get used to the way the bike handles (yes, its alot better).

I only have 527 miles on them. They have a pretty tall crown, so eating away the chicken strips is a whole different ball game than with the 200. You gotta get waaaaayyyyy over to run out of tread on these bad boys.

Then get off your butt and get a high end digital camera WD!!!

My cheap POS can barely handle the "still" shots.

Mark, those 17t do spin quicker don't they? (they spin even quicker with the TBR installed rather than collecting dust)

Well, I guess I oughta measure in the daylight next time I put up a chicken strip measurement post.

The back was accurate (about 7/16th), but the front is about 9/16".

Last weekend was more aggresive than I thought.

Cool.
