Choke seems to be stuck on ,cable and mechanisms working, any ideas greatly appreciated. .
It's not really a choke but check the adjustment screw, let it warm up and adjust it so its about 1000rpm at idle. You can also check the sensor, it maybe be faulty or may have been adjusted incorrectly
Good luck

You have an adjustment on the cable where it connects to the throttle bodies. Sometimes it's hard to see as it is back in the engine compartment a bit. You might need to adjust it a little.

Mine became stuck and I took the cable out and sprayed WD40 down in it and let it sit for about 2 months. It freed up and worked fine. I think yours just needs some adjustment.
