Any buddy here know what the color codes are for the red 2000 12? I asked a dealer and all I got frome him is the color name(hell I knew that much).Also does anyone have the part number for the helmet cable bolts to replace the bungee studs?

Man this bike is just too much fun. I have had the bike for almost 2 weeks now and loving it. I just have over 900 miles on it so I have not had a chance to see what it do. But I know once it is broken in I will really like it. I just cant say enough about this site. It is really EXTREME! Thanks Easy for a great site. You really can find anything you want to know here. I would assume PPG will have a cross reference for it. Have you actually talked to the paint store yet ? The company I have dealt with in the past (mainly restoring musclecars) could ALWAYS match up by the manufacturers code.

I.e.: tell them you have a 2000 Kaw Ninja Zx12r paint code A5 Candy Persimmon Red and thats all they should need.

And you are dealing with a true automotive paint supplier, not like an automotive parts chain, correct?

Yes it is a true paint store. But I live in a little town and the people dont know nothing. Thanks for the info. I will try it and see what they come up with.
