How do you keep the metal shavings out of the air box?

Do u recomend spraying in front of the filters or behind them. I have a 2 nozzle set up I want to use I was thinking spraying behind the filters over the throttle bodies making sure it hits the sensor good. The nitrous wont hurt the air filter (KN) in my bike..????

I tried that way and it actually gets sucked away from the sensor it workes best near the front on either side of the fuse panel and faceing forward for best results. The 2002 sensor will work in 2000-2001 bikes and is more sensitive shhh don't tell anyone I give out too many secrets heehee hee. And it will work fine with k/n filters.
