Dyno'ed my 02 today....

Went to Matthews Fun Machines today where there was one of these trailers with a dyno. It was a Dynojet 168.They were offering free dyno runs to everyone. We registered and had a chance to watch a few bikes run.
Some I saw were:

GSXR-600 90 hp <<< (Appeared Stock)
RC-51 122 hp <<< (Pipes, PC111, Intake Mods, Etc)

Some cruisers and others at less than 100 hp.

I had never had any of my vehicles dyno'ed so I was not sure what to expect. And they were just pulling them in, two small straps, and letting them rip. No rpm readout, just speed and hp.

The 02 PMB with the Full Muzzy SS and Carbon Oval with PC111r and Muzzy map, on this dyno, made...159.9 HP and
was indicated at 145 mph in 4th gear with 17/47 gearing.

Seemed low to me, a fellow rider with previous dyno run was about 9 hp lower than his run a few months back.

It was a Dynojet 168 Mobile "Go-Kart" , I don't know that much about the different types of dynos, but hey, it was free <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT="

My 12 is at Piedmont in Salisbury having the new stator replaced under warranty. I don't know if I will get it back Friday or not.

hey markcbxx, yeah ive been up and down 200 and 601 as well. i live 1 mile off of 601 so all the rodes around here are my stomping ground. :smoken so what ducati guy are you guys talkin bout? oh and have you guys been to the place called....... umm can't remember the name. in concord on 601 right where 29 meets it. kindof sitts off the road. they carry Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, AND Suzuki. anyway markcbxx, no i bought my 54 from SPORT CYCLES down in Rockingham. best deal around here that i found. bought a 929 last summer for 8K even. then sold her at the end of the summer and bought the 54 in March of this year for 9K. so when do you guys ride and do you usually run where you were talkin about. do yall ever run down at the strip in rockingham.

Hey Union, You ever ride that rode off of 601 (the part of 601 betwext Monroe and Pageland) called White Farm or White Plains? On second thought I don't have a clue what its name is. But, I heard from a bunch of bikers it is one of the best rodes in this area.

Hey Union, Some guy at the BMW/ Duc dealer made some smart ass comments. He was half joking, but, you could tell he was a bit arrogant. We just like making a big deal out of it. Hell, we make a big deal out of everything! But, every time the 3 of us get together, Roy or Mark-PMB get my ass in trouble. Roy draws every damn weirdo for miles and Mark-PMB just looks for mischief. We can't even stop for a damn Gatorade without Mark-PMB terrorizing the clerk! I'm ashamed of them. All they care about is hp, speed and women. Plus, they're hard on their bikes.
