Went to Matthews Fun Machines today where there was one of these trailers with a dyno. It was a Dynojet 168.They were offering free dyno runs to everyone. We registered and had a chance to watch a few bikes run.
Some I saw were:
GSXR-600 90 hp <<< (Appeared Stock)
RC-51 122 hp <<< (Pipes, PC111, Intake Mods, Etc)
Some cruisers and others at less than 100 hp.
I had never had any of my vehicles dyno'ed so I was not sure what to expect. And they were just pulling them in, two small straps, and letting them rip. No rpm readout, just speed and hp.
The 02 PMB with the Full Muzzy SS and Carbon Oval with PC111r and Muzzy map, on this dyno, made...159.9 HP and
was indicated at 145 mph in 4th gear with 17/47 gearing.
Seemed low to me, a fellow rider with previous dyno run was about 9 hp lower than his run a few months back.
It was a Dynojet 168 Mobile "Go-Kart" , I don't know that much about the different types of dynos, but hey, it was free <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=""> <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT="">
