Not to worry - that particular dyno will give you "low" numbers like that. You'd probably get right around 140-143 horses on that dyno with a bone-stock 12R. Interesting to note that your peak horsepower moved up to 10,500 rpm with the addition of the flange-on muffler. Without the flange-on your peak horsepower would have been around 9,500-9,700 rpm.
