Hi Folks,
Have a problem front end - my front end 'chatters' at low speed - like a tick, tick, tick.
Same sound and frequency at 20/30/40 - it doesn't speed up is what I mean.
When I pull front brake it stops.
Don't think front discs are warped - so any other suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks:puzzled::puzzled:

i have the same problem on my zx12r, if you remove the brake pads see if they have worn on an angle this would indicate, either seized pistons in the caliper and or brake discs are warped, use a dial test indicator to check the run out on the discs and check the pads and go from there. it could be that the bobbins(if you have floating discs ) may need cleaned up. also check all caliper sliders and brake pads sliders are in good.free condition too.

Forgot to update - discs were worn - got a set of rims, discs and callipers from a breaker for €80 - happy days, so front callipers now stripped and redone, newer front discs fitted - problem solved. But done 10k miles since then - so about to repeat procedure with new discs for front
