I just picked up my zx12 about two weeks ago.

So far, I love it except my wrist gets a bit sore. But nothing too serious.

What range are people getting from a tank of gas?
I'm getting about 150kms before the last LED bar on my fuel gage starts to flash.

Nick.

My mileage is as follows: Town Riding = 26 mpg: HiWay Riding =31 mpg: A little bit of both with approx 10 passes at the strip: = 28 mpg. The bike kinda rewards me for drag racing instead of cruising.

with mileage but those triple digets will use big time gas! I'd also use a good synthetic oil & run higher tire pressure if I wanted better mileage> 41 front & 41 rear.

When my bike was stock, I was getting about 145 miles before the flashing bar. After I tuned it (Hindle, PC111R and BMC race air filters) I get to 130 miles before the flashing bar. I did a track day yesterday and got 65 miles per TANKFULL!! Worth every cent! More about that in my other post.
Regards
Ted

low 30's comuting

high 20's on the weekends

low 50's when i was in colorado<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/eek.gif ALT=":eek"> .... It blew my mind to put 105 miles on and only put 1.97 gallons in. I was like WTF??? It was sweet being able to go 150 miles before having to look for a gas station.

The only complaint about the 12 is the bad vibration. My hands and feet need to be stretched and taken off the grips and pegs every 25 min.
