HEADLIGHTS STOPED WORKING MY A1

No headlights I checked the fuse in fuse box and main headlamp fuse behind battery they were not blown can someone help me I no this is a common issue with the 2000 zx 12r A1 any tips would very very appricated

Do you know how to use a multimeter, if so check the yellow wire in the front lower righthand side of the fuse box for an AC voltage that comes from a stator wire, this trips the headlight relay in the fuse box when the engine is turning over or running.

What type of solider did u use or any tips on the best to use forcthe wires at he plug from stator yo regulator

60/40 solder and use a decent size tip on your soldering iron. the gauge of the wiring is large so you'll need a bit of heat. Depending on the age of your wiring you might need a decent flux to get the solder to wet to the wires.

Thank u you are 100% accurate on what happened to my bike hopefully the realy is the only damage I replaced the fuse box I'm hoping thier is no damage to my regulator or my brand new stator that I just installed
