I have a 96 ninja 250r . When i got home the other night i smelled gas. When i went to start it again it was idiling super low. Then when i try to put it in gear it wants to die. I cant use the choke either because it boggles down. Can anyone help me?

Brings back memories from 2 months ago. With me, it was the carbs. They needed cleaning and even got them re-jetted and tuned while I was at it.
How long has the bike been sitting ?
