I would like to take my bike out to IRP and do some passes. The only thing that keeps me from going is that I don't have leather pants. I heard that if you go over a certain speed they won't let you ride unless you have full leathers. Also, if you go over a certain speed you have to have your competition license. I don't know how fast the speeds are but they can easily be surpassed by a decent rider on the 12's. I would love to take a pro stock bike out and do a middle 7 pass at 184mph or something like that.

Had a crash two weeks ago and boy am I glad I just bought new leather pants.



Bike (ZZR-1100) is wrecked, my shoulders hurt, everything is broused (sorry for spelling) but hey, no permanent damage and.....

I'M ALIVE!



Bike wracking gave me the change to buy a new ZX-12

Indianapolis here, IRP rules are 11.99 or quicker -- lanyard kill switch, 120mph or faster-- leather pants. Leather boots and gloves, helmet snell and dot I think. Tuesday night Street Legal Drags is $15.00 to race, $7.00 spectator. MUCHO FUN.
