If the ZX12 takes 1157 bulbs You can get Led Tailight bulbs cheap at Autozone auto parts stores......7.99 a piece.. On Ebay they are 29.99 a pair.... Anything to save bucks for performance parts.... You might ask your local autoparts store if they can get them if you don't have an Autozone.... Just thought I'd try to save you all some well earned cash!!! See Ya Richard

Thanks for the tip.

This will also be the first topic to move to the "Where to get the best deals" Forum.

I will take that information along with websites and any information to allow people to get hold of the companies that you purchased things from, and update a webpage on zx-12r.org when the information builds.

You should start a new thread for this

"where can I find the best UK Exhaust prices?" for example.

Thanks,

I purchased the red LED's to replace my stock tail lights. They pretty much sucked and I ended up putting the stock bulbs back in after about five minutes. With the stock red lens the bulbs are not bright enough to really be noticable. Plus since LED's are unidirectional you need to be looking directly at them to really notice the bulbs (side view is terrible, bottom for the plate is even worse). Perhaps for those with a clear tail lens they would be a possible option though. If interested, I'll sell mine cheap, contact me at [email protected]
