Just wanted to say hello and jump into this board. I just purchased a clean electric blue 1999 ZX-9. The only gripe I have so far is the carbueration below 3K rpm. It's awful at times. The bike has a D&D slip-on and I'm not sure if it's been jetted or not. Any recommendations on clearing up this glitchy throttle response at those engine speeds. It's runs like a "bat out of hell" above that. Any info is appreciated

Chances are it has not been jetted with just a slipon.
