I have a pair of Corbin Beetlebags for sale. They are from my Green 2000 Ninja 12R and will probably fit years up to 2004-5. Normally go for $1700 from Corbin but will let them go for $600 or best reasonable offer. They are in mint to near mint condition. keep an eye on ebay. A couple of pairs sold last year for less than $350.

Rob, do youu still have the beetle bags. I have a 2000 Candy Lime green ZX12R. I may be interested in these bags. I just sold my touring bike and the one thing that bike had over the ZX12R is that it had hard storage!!! It was mighty convenient. Anyway i am in boston this summer so i am near by. Let me know.
