Curious-

my bike is currently insured, have notarized bill of sale, and i am licensed, etc. I never got the title so the bike is not officially registered. I have applied and am going through the whole process. The bike is also tagged, but i'm sure it's registration isn't current.

If i choose to ride to go gas the bike up, and i'm pulled over, what would my consequences be??? (new jersey)

Since you have liability insurance on it, you will avoid a mandatory loss of license for driving an un-insured vehicle, however you will be open to several other tickets. Get a can of gas and bring it home, it's much safer!
