story of Vulcan 650 ( 2019 ) six months, 2000 Kms third service. Overheating, reasons untraced by service center. This is happening in Kawasaki India, Delhi. Any experts out there let me know solutions. Per my experience Kawasaki India, service centers are very averagly run. The solutions given under service reflects nowhere Japanese. Hope someone listening.

Overheating how?
Getting really hot, check engine light comes on, and runs funny?
Or gets really hot and starts spewing coolant?
Or both?
When does this happen? Highway riding? Stop and go traffic? All the time? How long are you riding for when it happens?

Check the level in the overflow bottle and make sure it is adequate (most likely culprit).
Squeeze the hoses and check for a bubble (second most likely culprit). If you get the squishy air bubble sound you can squeeze and squish them with the engine running AS it's warming up (not when it's frickin hot).
India is obviously very warm (says the Canadian ;)) so you may need to up the pressure on your rad cap if it's spewing coolant.
