speednuts, Parry sound is about 2.5 hrs north of toronto in central ontario. lots of lakes, good riding roads and great scenery. lots of fun. toronto is about an hour from niagara falls, I think that is how you would come from VA.

Well considering I just busted my ass on black ice just walking my dogs, don't think I'll be making that ride, or any ride any time soon. Guess I'll get some use out of my helmet and leathers when I walk the guys from now on. Thanks.

I know that I am hoping to make it to the rally this

year. Doubt there is a better chance to see that

many sportbikes in one location.

Sleepr, are you going this year? Should be better, with the rally in the main parking lot vs. the grassed area.

The MX national that I was supposed to work at in July was cancelled, so I am off now!?

We could always haul halfway there or something? I can put a hitch on the van. I have quite a few places we could unload the van & trailer along the way.

Just curious... or we could go on a different date when there is no other bike traffic, but it's not the same. I liked the fact that there was like 1800 bikes and very little cops!! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">

Hey AJ, I'm not sure yet, I'm going to have to see how things play out. With the Black Hills ride in early June and a race weekend right after Parry Sound I may have a hard time justifying the time off. I like the idea of trailering part way at least, although normally I prefer to ride, I'd like to avoid eating way too many tires this year in the flat boring stuff. Have you talked yet to any of the other usual suspects?

The 20th annual Sportbike Rally is July 5,6,7. I went for the first time last year and it was completely amazing to see that many sport bikes in one area. The cops are cool and there is a ton of things to do.Go to

www.sportbikerally.com and check out the radar runs and more. Hope to see other members there.
