Yes but you need to buy a module from Dynojet for about $100 that will power up the PCIIIr in your house. I believe it would just be an 120AC to 12VDC adapter with some filtering perhaps. You need to take your PCIII/r off the bike though, which could be a pain.
I think you can also use a Palm Pilot for downloading software.
I believe I saw a device someone rigged up that can be built for a few dollars that will do the same thing as the special adapter. If I recall, it used a nine volt battery and a handful of other parts. You might try a search.
I am not an Engineer but I would bet that the ONLY way to set the TP is to have the Power Commander attached to the bike. Due to the fact that you are adjusting to the actual position of the throttle..
You have to have the PCIII/r on the bike if you want to set TP.
