2018 KLR 650 with 550 miles carrying 21 PSI in the front tire per the owner's manual. Ridden on Road only had a pinch flat that caused me to wreck in a corner. Thankfully I was only going about 20 miles per hour. I had hit no chuck holes or Road over any curves. Now I'm afraid to even ride the thing. Anybody else have this problem? Are the tubes defective? Was it installed improperly?

All depending on uf tires and where ur ride. Offroad, follow the "bible", on road(konkrete or asf. i would use higer psi. like 32f/36r.And if mainley ordinarey roaddriving, i would not use offroad tyres. :)
