Kingzx12r: are the rated for 200mph? I was under the impression that the OEM version of the D207 had steel belts etc and was the only thing geared to handle that speed.

How do the MEZ compare in the corners compared to the D207.

The more detail the better.

Thanks,

Easyrider

I have them on my RC-51 which I ride on the weekend rides

and they seem to hold the road like glue... though I have seen

them wear in the center much quicker ( on a 12 )than other tires. again, to qualify the above, we are talking about summer months here in Dallas, so the heat and HOT road surfaces have alot to do w. it as well. Excellent Wet weather

tire , as I found out Thursday night on my way home from Working out... got caught in the Rain storm from hell.. I mean w. Hail too... LOL <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">

They are Z rated yes but they are a little pricey , any weather any road had them on all summer and as you know I'm preety hard on the poor girl I went through 6 sets of tires if that helps you decide. Like I say I'm much harder on tires than the average person, I have the rs1 compound and will stay with Metzeler now, Dunlop is a good tire don't get me wrong but if you try the Metz I betz you won't go back either. I got caught in the rain a few times and one thing for sure you don't want to be in the rain if your on pilots been there done that and don't like my balls trying to crawl up my but to hide know what I mean? To each there own I say but I like Metz the best.

I have ME Z1 or Z3 when I drive on roadracing circuit.

I like them, Metzeler have new tires called RENNSPORT that are even better..
