Well, I thought of why the bottom of my chain slider wore through to my swingarm. It was a very odd thing, and a few of you were curious about it.
A few of my brain cells fired at once  , and I realized what I did.
When I put on the new subframe, I mistakingly switched the upper and lower attaching bolts. The lower bolt is shorter, allowing the chain to pass by on its merry way. With the long bolt there,it pushed down on the top of the chain, which in turn tightened it up into the plastic slider on bottom. The weight of the bike, my weight, and gravity was tons of pressure on it.
So, in the end, there's no mysterious defect or mechanical situation at all.
Only defective part is between my ears
