Picked up my crashed 12r today from Santa Pod raceway.
The good news is the bike was hardly damaged. Just a few scuffs to the plastics. Amazing! The bike and me slid through the 1/8th at a timed 75mph. The bike is less damaged than me!
The engine seized at 100mph.
Thats the not so good bit :)
Massive hole in the case and block in number one cylinder.
Looking briefly in the dark I see no rod and no piston! Where they gone? Lol.
Im hoping the heads ok.
Luckily I have spare cases so will have a head start.

might be a good idea to run a bit more oil in the pan. a larger capacity pan is a great idea once you start getting low 60s.
