TBBT Tim 01 Ripped Green 12, Venom Adam 00 Red 12, 220 mph speedo, And Ninja Dude, Rob 01 Silver, me Norm 02 PMB 12,
We had a 12 for each year and almost every color. We needed a Blue one to have finnished it off perfectly.
We went for a Saturday Ride. Down in the Bluegrass state of Kentucky.
We frist went to a Dealer Cycle Spec, In Cinncy, They did'nt have any 02 12's They had a Silver 01, ZX12R Your not gonna believe price. 10,995 Not kidding.
We then got in a gawd awfull traffic jam, We then headed for the playground. KY. Route ? I'm afraid to advertise. You will have to ride with us to get this one, This route is awesome Short stright's into 15-35 mph corner's and decent road. The paint on the center line was thick and caused some wobble's on acceleration. But that would be my only complaint on surface. No gravel, No pothole's, There were some minor area's of patching, But plainly visble.
Adam took the lead and held a real fine pace. With me following with Rob and Tim, behind me in that order.
I think that route is one of the best I've ever been on, 30-40 mile's of nonthing but turn's.
Too many driveway's, So on the stright's I tried not to exceed 70-75, Also so the local's don't call the cop's.
About 2/3 the way though we stopped at my crash site where the 01 Silver of mine was totaled.
Frist time I'd been there since I totaled the Silver Beast. It was difficult also. But I'm glad I had waited this long to return.
The right hand turn had dropped over an abrupt hill, Into a 15 mph turn. The pavement was also chewed up, Which probably caused the rear wheel kick out hard. Making me believe it was going down. After looking at turn I realize I could have made that turn, If I would have kept my head and just stayed with it.
Enough of that,
After we left there Rob switched place's with Adam, And the pace picked up also. Rob was hammering those turn's, and I stayed with him untill we came down a hill into another 15 mph turn. Damm thing just about gave me a heart attack. I had a serious pucker on that one. But the 02 PMB 12 stuck like glue.
We soon later crossed the bridge back into Ohio and I had to part way's with Adam Rob and Tim. All the bike's were clean and waxed to a shine but mine.
I had been riding the last three day's and busy as hell, drag strip Thursday over 150 mile's, picking up dampened 17 Friday and installing another 150 mile's, So by Saturday All I had time for was a quick wipe down before the ride.
Tim's new pipe looked awesome on the Green Ripped 12, And that was the frist time I had met Tim. Good people, Adam it's alway's a pleasure riding with Adam and fun, Rob was there and quick to tell me to get outta the road I was standing in the middle of looking at crash site,
Rob said" Hey get outta the road a tractor was comming. Turned out it was a Harley. I replyed same thing as a tractor<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/laugh.gif ALT=":lol">
