Hi everyone. New here and just picked up an old ZX11. I need help please for getting a new shorty clutch lever on. How do I get the master cylinder push rod and bushing off the old lever and install on the new one? With the old cable operated ones, there was a notch to slide the cable and bushing off, but this one is just closed. Thanks
