Went to the track to run in the hawaii strret bike shoot outs. I was the only one with a stock wheel base and boy did it show. Wheeling in 1st and 2nd could not use the duel stage NOS until 3rd. Even with a 1.78 60ft and wheeling in 2 gears I ran a 9. 88 @ 152 which got me 3rd. Had 1 strong running zx12 9.27 @ 157 and 2 1000's 9.48 @ 146 and 9.57 @ 141. Lucky for me I had a great light 416 to the 1000's 658. When he saw me leaving so fast it through is game off. Next race I will have my extentions on.

Very nice... seems like alot of very fast bikes over there on the Island, are they all "street" bikes or trailered race bikes. I am interested in those extensions. I can hardly wait till the NOS kit gets here...I need help...<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)"> ...have'nt seen to many low 9 second "street" bikes around here yet. Hoping I'll be one though.

They are all street bikes that ride ever Sunday after racing on Saturday night. All but 2 rode to the track for the shootout out, only 7 where in the outlaw class. The extenders made a big difference in the bikes 60ft. The 1000's where running 10.03-10.15 at stock wheel base. Now they are 9.48-9.57 plus the new pilot H2 is better than the MT. I guy got a 1.49 60ft.

Justoyz had to much power for the non prept track. The rear tire was braking lose and then wheel standing. We both had a traction problem with are tires. The new H2 is a great tire and we should have them for the next race, we where the only ones that did not have them. Plus he was trying a new combination that day and was not used to it, which cost him the race. I tried dual NOS and could not use it until 3rd gear because of wheeling. Did I mention the staging tree only had 1 light, the other one was not working and that made for a fast pro tree if you did not stage first.
