Also, I remember one of the guys here saying (I don't remember who, though) to make sure you start the bike and rev it a bit after the cat destruction to make sure you blow all the shit that falls down into the collector before you put the can back on.



I guess a good ShopVac with an extension would work too, but no experience on that.

Screwdriver it took about 15 to 20 min.for the whole job.Yours will be easier than mine you done got most of it cut off.

Hey Ynot, $270 delivered. It's a little louder than I thought it would be.



Blitz, I blew about a ton of debris out from just cutting it. It sounded good without the can!



ND, I love the sound. It also seems to smooth out the power a little. I only put 85 miles on it. I can't tell if there is more power though. TBR claims 8 more hp at 11.5k rpms. The dyno chart shows only a couple of extra hp until you get pretty far up on rpm curve. I love the looks and sound. Those are the main reasons I bought it. I have not noticed any querks.

BTW, I don't want to remove the rest of the cat if it will make her too lean because the stock ECM can't compensate for the proper fuel/air ratio. Don't want to buy a PCThriceR. Comments?

What's the deal on the custom knives? You make them? I lost my Dad a couple years ago to cancer and I would like to take the antlers from the last deer he killed and have them put on a couple of custom knives for me and my brother.

Hey Hoss, I'll do 'em no charge. I just like making knives, sheaths, holsters, and stuff. Just send me some pics of the stag with dimensions. Also, if the stag is too small for a fixed blade knife, I could replace handles on some of your pocket knives.
