Mods to date are as follows;

Full Hindle 4-2-1 with oval stealth Ti can
Dynojet PC 111R with custom map
BMC Full race air filters
Kleen air removed
Crankcase mod done
4 pipes fitted to intakes to make easier to synch injectors
Full set of Goodridge kevlar brake lines with swaged end fittings
Goodridge stainless pipe from rear master cylinder to reservoir
Dot 5 Full synthetic brake fluid
Armstrong HH brake pads all round
Ermax colour matched rear hugger
Ermax double bubble dark tinted front screen
Mini rear indicators
Rear parachute reduced
Rentec rear sports rack
Bagster colour matched tank luggage
Gilles Ti rearsets
Front fork pre-load anodised adjusters
Handlebar end anodised weights
Rear seat hump Frankenstein bolts replaced
Removed "Ninja" and "ZX12R" stickers for clean looks

Lots more to come yet, subject to funds after my move next year!

OOPS!,
Better add on a NWS rear exhaust stay in polished Aluminium, There goes the passenger footrests as well! Just makes the bike that little bit lighter.
Lightweight handlebar ends in red anodised alloy. Just can't help myself!

Starting all over again with my new US spec '00, naturally it is faster silver!
Mods so far;
Change Booger green bodywork to faster silver. (No US '00 in Silver)
Ermax rear hugger
Red anodised Preload adjusters
Red anodised alloy handlebar weights
Ermax double bubble dark tinted screen
Alloy stand spools
Colour matched Bagster tank bag
Gilles Ti Rearsets

Still got lots to do yet, but need to break her in first!!

Just remembered,
Fitted set of Headlamp protectors (both clear and tinted as applicable)
Replaced the Herman Munster bolts
Blue Headlamp filaments

Good spot, I originally removed the Kleen air and used the original plates, but then refitted the system back a couple of days later to fit the full crankcase mod. The end result was the crankcase mod with Kleen air fitted.
I brought a lot of my old 12's parts over here with me and a few new bits as well! Looking forward to going further and developing more of everything with this one!!
My old 12 still made 175 BHP at the rear wheel with a flat tyre!! (Tyre blew on Dyno run, long story)!!

Phase Two to my US 12,
Fitted the Hindle 4-2-1 with Ti end can,
PC111R with custom map,
BMC Race air filters.
Ermax under tray, (Colour matched to the bike and the hugger)
Goodridge Black kevlar brake hoses, (DOT 5 synthetic brake fluid).
Goodridge Stainless hose from rear brake reservoir to slave cylinder.
Rear light Integrator (removed rear indicators).
Front indicators replaced with a pair of LP oval indicators filed to fit.
Removed all the gubbings from under the rear seat.
17T front sprocket.
That blew the budget for a while!! :shock: :shock:
