I went for a ride yesterday with about 20 other bikes. Allsorts including
gsxrs, tls,zx6 & 7, r1 etc etc you get the picture, anyway a ride of about
250km with 3 stops along the way. The 1st leg climbed about 1000ft and
comprised mainly highspeed open sweepers with abit of tight stuff on the steeper climbs. The 12 dominated so much in the open stuff but I did
struggle to stay with the 600s in the tight(you can't have it all I guess!).
We were at the 1st pub for about an hour before a short ride of 40~50km to the next pub.40~50km which included some very fast straights and 20km of winding road beside a river. A mate on an r1 wanted to "play"
on one of the staights ...........he won't want to do that again! We were
travelling at about 100km/h and I signalled for him to go,so he took off
in 2nd gear, then I unleashed the mighty 12 and a gear change later I was beside him ,then passed him with the micron screaming a sweet tune in his face! An indicated 315km/h(18/44 combo) qiuckly saw the red and white r1 become a spec in the mirror! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
Talking to him at the next stop he couldn't believe how the 12 murdered his bike. He's now talking of a Hayabugly. Yeah, faster,but the result will
still be the same! :lol: :lol:
After a beer and a feed we headed for home .
One bike got dropped,one went over a bank ,but no speeding tickets!!

Put a 190 or 180 on rear and kick the shit outta the 600's on the turn's. They can't make up the speed in between the stright's on the corner's unless their Eddie Lawson,

Outlaw ,I am running pilot sport rubber(190rear) but the rear is screwed,
I'm thinking of trying a pilot road 180 next? :?
