Is anyone interested in a get together in the spring? Give me some ideas who is interested and we'll pick a location in the middle of us. We can set it up as a drag day, cruise, and show and shine BBQ is always good. Hit me back here or at home if there is some distance or the ride might be to long that's ok too we'll try to hook everyone up somehow, I'm sure that I don't have the only trailer and I would rent a larger one to help anyone who wabts to go from toronto area what ya'll think. Wooo hoooo shhhhh we can have beer and such just don't tell the women or they will want to come and there will be less for us ha ha ha just kidding bring em if they'll come.

I have no idea where the hell Toronto is (it's not that I don't like Canada, I'm just naive!) I'm in Wisconsin here and would love to get together with y'all, I could use a few pointers on the track

Toronto is more or less on the East Side of Canada (sorry PEI etc.) You are on the right side of the continent, but you would have a bit of a ride. (3 days?)

It could be a nice trip though.

I actually rode through Toronto yesterday.

Crossed over at Niagara falls and rode home to the 1000 Islands crossing where I live.

Stayed over night at Niagara's Canadian side.

I'm like 4 hours from Toronto and would be able to go anytime.

Round trip was 538 miles or so. It was a fun ride as we rode 95 mph the majority of the way back.

Let's see how many are interested and set a date and location sometime in the new year let's say January 25th as a decision date and take it from there. Cayuga is a good choice because of both tracks and camping facility but I think it's better to wait and see who all wants to attend, lots of 12s New Jersey way maybe Englishtown NJ nice track been there lots of times. Once we have a group we'll have a vote in January and take it from there, if we have enough interest and pick a location maybe we can get some of the local dealers to kick in some funds. I think I could dig some funds from the local bike shops anyone else?

Easy: If you get enough interest from your side and some local bike shop funding maybe could transport a group from there what ya think? Or visa versa if your area has the bigger crowd we could go there, Or have two, one here one there and the summer after meet somewhere all together. Just an idea let me run past Kawasaki next week and see if they are interested, I have inside contacts at head office. Just a thought let me know before the snow booooo.

I know of 6-8 ZX12's in the immediate area (yikes that includes Fish and frEEK), I might be able to swing riding there, it would be cool to cross Canada, I made it to the Mexican border last summer, why not across Canada. I better have a spare can of gas though, the way my baby guzzles the fuel, it would suck to get stuck in Manitoba 200 miles from the nearest combine. LOL

The trip would be nice but long in the spring with warm cold changes a little to often and not much room to bring anything. If you had a group it would likely be cheaper to rent a trailer and motor home to pull it and make a vacation out of it. You would save on hotels and meals probably be a blast, bring a video camera you could also ride the bikes on the way not a big deal to load and unload. Party all the way across, just don't tell my wife so when the next one is your way I'll be allowed to go hee hee.

I may be able to take a week off next summer. That would give me 9 days to get somewhere hang and get back.

I will have to give it a bit of time before I bring it up with the wife, but after Christmas would most likely be a good time. She likes me when I give her gifts. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">

But we need to keep working on some details
