Thats what I was thinking of using.... Also Westlake hardware has cool little springs to spring load it so it pops up when you hit the switch....

Ripped the sumbich apart,went to the junkyard and wandered around for about 45 minutes till I found a car w/ 2 turnsignals w/ a close contour, went homeand cut the sections out, blah blah blah....and put it back together!

Haven't came to an exact price for the hinge kit yet ,but I'm thinkin' 125.00- 150.00....unless no one wants them at that price, then I'll just bend over again!!!
