I was admiring Dino's front turn signal mod. and after emailing a couple of times Dino told me that the '02 12 has a much smaller corner to work with than the prior years. So, I have decided to find a good replacement for my stalk/stock turn signals.

What have you guys used/seen that look good and aren't quite as obtrusive as the stock setup? I would like to just replace the stock setup and keep the signal in the same location, but find something with smoother lines.

Ask before you spout....

Maybe you ought to ask me what it means before you make an off the cuff judgement call.

You are the first one who has ever made that comment in almost 2 years.

Why do you have a problem with it?

Re: Ask before you spout....

I just can't see why one person would like to be named like the word nazi Germans called their war that killed so many people in Europe and elsewhere in the world, including ofcourse many americans that came to the rescue of western europe, that's why...

But, if you like it and think it's cool... Hey, luckily we live in a free country.

Ahh, right.

If you are gonna make a comment like that, at least educate yourself completely on the subject first.

The U.S. Army and the Israeli Army have also used blitzkrieg tactics (and called it that). Gen. Patton was a staunch supporter of blitzkrieg.

In fact the U.S. Army won several decisive World War II battles using blitzkrieg tactics.

It is not a "Nazi" term, it is German for "lightening war". Its no more "Nazi" than "Mercedes Benz" is.

Re: Ahh, right.

You are right about everything you say, I also know the word is actually much older than Nazi Germany... Don't take my comment too serious, maybe I should have asked you why you are using it in the first place afterall. I didn't want to offend you or anything...

We're getting very much off-topic anyway, so just forget about my comment about the nickname. I just thought it could offend people who endured the horrors of war, that's all...

LP signals

I'm pretty sure the LP's need a little custom fitting to make everything look as good as the photos above. Not too much, but some skill and patience. They don't just bolt on and look that good.

Am I correct?
