It is not a straight forward question.



If you want top speed runs, I have heard of people using up to 60lbs (do this at you own risk, it is NOT recommended!)



For track and cornering people use 30-35 lbs



Personally I use 38 lbs for day to day and will top it up to 45 for high speed runs, now that I have my GPS.

as doese easy, for everybay use, i also run with 38, 38 in my hi-sports hpx's (fab rubber by-the-way)
