can someone tell me where to locate the brown and black wire so i can cut it ,alas i have a french 01 model

iv'e seen the photo's on this site'but don't know where to look

iv'e only had it 10 day's and don't really want to strip the bike

looking for it, and do i need to take the throttle body's off

to take those disc's out please help "I NEED MORE POWER"
