I had a Shoei before, and an Arai now. They say the Arai is cooler (better ventilation), but I haven't notice too much difference. The Shoei was definitely quieter. Since Arai has chosen not to sell their wares over the internet anymore, it makes my next helmet choice easy. Shoei all the way!
