Bike week and Biketoberfest are both mixed events, with most of the bikes there being Harleys. This year there seemed to be more sportbikes at Bike Week than last year though, and the Superbike race attendance was better as well.

This will be my first October trip to Daytona, but my buds tell me it isn't nearly as crowded as Bikeweek is and there is better access to the pit areas than at Bikeweek. Motels are also cheaper in October.

Chris...Hell it probably wont matter because most of the harley posers dont know the difference between a roadstar and a Harley....they will all be at the clothing booths!
