It is actually a 265. But will be a 250 again in 2014. I blew up my motor so many times I had to over bore. 4mm
I hoped the "big bore" would make a difference. I actually got less top end power and a little more midrange power. I was kinda disappointed in that.
I run the bike in the 350 class. You would think there would be a 350 that could beat a 250 with a set of pistons. But so far so good.
The bike runs 110 on the motor and I am looking to go 125 in September. I am going on the dyno today to test some mods.
What happen to Shiphteey? He is a good guy. And fast
Had a good day on the dyno. The bike did two 60 + hp pulls. 61.10 was the best. But I still have a little work to do. It is just a little lean at the beginning. Ok for the 1/4 mile . But for land speed racing I spray for 20 to 30 seconds. Drag strip is like 5 seconds.
I have to fight heat and lean is no good. Rich is no power. So I have work to do. But for now 123 mph is the fastest 250 ninja

Don't ask what happens between 97 and 105 mph. That is just me learning how to ride or maybe I got distracted or something?
