I'm trying to decide which system to get if I do get one.
The Yosh is a bit more $$, is it worth it?

The only reason it may be nice to have the Yosh is for
the 3 position map switch.

Any thoughts on which is better?

Which offers the most flexibility in programing?
Who's software is easier to use?

I have noticed people having some problems with the
PC3R lately, are those problems common?

I really can't speak for the PC3R. I haven't owned one. I opted for the full EMS system, hub, accessories and all. I am very happy with the system just need to get the right maps dialed in for Colorado altitude. All the maps provided by Yosh are sea level. Mind you, they still work, but I am not getting the full potential available.
The price for the 12 is less than mine for the Gixxer, since it comes with less stuff but I'd say it was worth the extra dollars.
Blitz got rid of his PC3 and will soon get the Yosh when he has the cash I guess....

Less stuff? Isn't the basic EMS price the same. And the hub price too. Only the modules may be different, and I know the 12R doesn't have the gear position offset module available..
