Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of installing a new throttle body on my 2001 zx12r... I have the throttle body out, I turned the key on so the fuel pump would kick in.. Noticed fuel coming out of only one fuel line, could I have a faulty fuel pump?

Also any suggestions on actually getting the throttle body on?? It is a big pain to get the throttle body to seat right into the boots...

If I'm not mistaken one is the feed and one is a return .. Don't quote me I could be wrong

2000 and 2001 have a send and return. 2002 and later was dead head.

A little white grease or vaseline will help the boots slip on easier. Also remove the inlets from the frame and install with just the cylinder boots at first.
