If I am at 4k to 5k rpm riding down the road and just pull the clutch in it will die. If I am down near 2k and pull it in, it's fine. Any ideas? Tps adjustment maybe

below 10% throttle, the bike runs on the vac tables not the tps tables, and the higher rpm point clutch in will have the bike go into higher vacuum than a lower one. could be anything, but im guessing its going rich and loading up on fuel if its not seeing the higher vac

You're guess was correct. I installed an autotune this week and I had AFR values in the 0 column down to about 5 grand. That's a no no. I took those out and it is doing great now.

On a side note, The autotune is worth its weight in gold. I suggest everyone get one if you can. This bike has never ran this strong. Hell, I had it in first and pinned it and it blurred my vision and almost made me black out for a second. Unreal. I have had a Gen2 Hayabusa as well. I thought it couldn't get any more powerful than that. I was wrong. The zx12r is a monster.
